Kauai Podcast: A podcast designed to explore the Hawaiian island of Kauai. Topics initially include island overviews, activities, and travel planning, but then move into specific explorations and adventures, historical interviews, and local culture.
Breaking Your Chains: A podcast I would like to put out on a monthly format… but in reality there is no timeframe for when new episodes are released. When I feel drawn to take a deep dive into a particular topic, I do that… and then I release an episode on that topic if I feel I have something to share, that is well researched, well thought out, and worthy of your time. Looking back over the years, this podcast has served as a kind of diary of my personal and spiritual journey.
